You’ll also get practical tips on ways to make it easier to implement your action steps and create your healthy lifestyle.

  • Run Performance Coaching

    Support for reaching your running goals at distances from 800 meters to ultramarathon, whether your goal is to make the Olympics, earn a college scholarship, finish your first race, or simply improve your fitness and reduce your risk of injury.

    What’s included:

    45-minute initial consultation (via Zoom or phone)

    15-minute weekly follow-up consultation

    Daily texting and email as needed; daily review of training performance

    Individual, personalized training plan tailored to your specific goals and abilities, with ongoing updates and adjustments as needed. Unlike many coaching services, the training programs at Premier Authentic Coaching are dynamic, meaning that the training plan adapts based on your individual response to training and the dynamics of your circumstances.

    Training plans include supplemental components such as strength training, cross training, and injury prevention.
